This website is operated by Patriot Tactical. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Patriot Tactical. Patriot Tactical offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Products and Services

Patriot Tactical sells two kinds of products:

Print-on-demand apparel and goods (t-shirts, hoodies, hats, posters, drinkware). These items are printed to order just for you and produced by our print partners.
Digital ebooks (the Patriot Skills Library series and bundles). These are delivered as PDF downloads. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link by email. Because of their nature, delivered digital products cannot be returned; if your file is defective or you never received your download link, contact us and we will make it right — see our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Accuracy of Information

We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color or design will be exact. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

Orders, Payment and Pricing

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated. Discount codes are subject to their stated terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Physical goods are printed to order (typically 2–7 business days of production time) and then shipped. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Digital ebooks are delivered by email download link, typically within minutes of a confirmed payment. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn/unused; defective, damaged, or wrong items are always covered with a free replacement or refund. Digital products that have been delivered cannot be returned, but defective or undelivered files will be replaced or refunded.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and the Patriot Skills Library ebooks — is the property of Patriot Tactical and is protected by intellectual property laws. When you purchase an ebook, you are buying a personal, non-transferable license to read it. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share the PDF files.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to submit false or misleading information, or to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriot Tactical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision, and continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
