30-Day Returns & Refunds — Patriot Tactical

Every physical item is printed to order for you by our print partner, Printful. You have 30 days from delivery to reach us about any order.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you. You don't need to send the item back.

Wrong size

Ordered the wrong size? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll exchange it for the correct size. The item must be unworn and unwashed. We'll send return instructions; you cover the cost of shipping the original item back.

Other returns

Changed your mind? Unworn, unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Email us first for return instructions (please don't ship items back without them). Return shipping is paid by you.

Digital products (ebooks and printables)

Digital products can't be returned or refunded once downloaded. If your file is defective or corrupt, or you never got your download link, email us and we'll send a working file or refund you in full.
